I just thought I would take a moment to send a note of appreciation for the excellent service you provided on our recent bare boat holiday.

Right from the booking time to final de-briefing we were treated wonderfully well and we would not hesitate to recommend your organisation to any of our friends.

We completed our charter on Sunday aboard Tropical Zone and we must extend to you and your team our utmost appreciation of the way in which the charter was organised, the boat presented and the service we received.  The cleanliness and presentation of the boat was first class. Your reservations team excellent.

 

We must make special mention of our briefer, Craig, who has an obvious passion for ‘his’ boats and contributed greatly to making our charter a success.  Team members such as him are invaluable in an industry as competitive as yours.

 

This represents my fifth charter in the Whitsundays and the first with Whitsunday Escape.  I will be back.  As for the rest of the charter party, it was their first charter and you can expect to see them back again in the Whitsundays again.
