This Leopard 40 3 cabin features the forward saloon door, allowing foredeck access and great air-flow through the boat.
She can accommodate up to 8; two bathrooms, three double cabins and one forward single bunk. The saloon table will also convert to a double.
The rear cockpit has a large table with ample seating. The upstairs galley, generous refrigeration space and great ventilation provide for comfortable cruising. She will also perform equally well under power.
Ideal for three couples, families and mixed groups and those who want the best. For easy sailing; she has a roller furling headsail and autopilot.
On a spur of the moment whim, our family 2 adults, 3 children (5, 8, 11), rented Montessa Rose, a 40ft 3 cabin Leopard Sailing Catamaran. We flew into Proserpine, and rented it for 6 nights from Whitsunday Escape. It was our first experience of bareboat sailing for an extended period. The company was excellent, communication was wonderful, everyone we dealt with, in any aspect, from reservations to operations, were professional and personable.
We took a few extra hours in lessons from Jason, he was excellent, and felt confident when we sailed off alone. The boat herself was immaculate, everything clean and in good working order. The Whitsundays themselves are magical. It was an epic adventure that we will never forget. I can't state enough how happy we are we did it. We would love to come back soon, and definitely will use this charter service for peace of mind.

What an amazing time on board Montessa Rose, the Leopard 40 3 Cabin!
Myself, my two adult kids and their spouses enjoyed a lovely 5 nights exploring the Whitsundays. Although I have been around the Whitsundays a couple of times, bareboating really is something else. We got to see locations we'd never even heard of before.
The boat was spacious and we had more than enough room. It had all the mod-cons of home which was great and the big suite on the starboard side was luxurious.
The blue lights were a lovely addition and kept 'the kids' entertained for hours.
The company and staff were also polite, professional and helpful at every turn. Definitely something I'll be doing again!
