Adventurous sailing holidays

Looking for aventure and excitement?

With the freedom to go wherever you please, and do whatever you want, a bareboating holiday can be exactly the kind of holiday you want it to be.

Grab a bunch of friends and come to the Whitsundays for a sailing adventure where you skipper yourself!

There are heaps of things to do, and hundreds of places to go during the days, and you’ll love spending your evenings on the boat with a good group of your mates around you. A Whitsunday bareboating holiday really is something to brag about back home, and it could actually be more affordable than you think.

Accommodation

We have the largest fleet of bareboats in the Whitsundays, and can sleep groups of up to 12 on our largest boat. Of course, you can always take two boats, or more, for larger groups, or for a little more room to spread out.

Our boats offer a selection of double cabins and single bunks. Some vessels have an ensuite for every cabin, others have one or two bathrooms to share.

Activities

For those seeking adventure, we can help you tailor your itinerary just the way you like it. Ask us for recommendations of where to go and what to do each day. We know some of the best spots!

We can help you arrange hire of equipment like kayaks, stand up paddle boards, fishing rods, and more.

Diving and snorkelling

If you are into diving, we can help you here too. Qualified divers can choose to hire their own equipment right at the marina, for the duration of the trip. We can also arrange a dive boat to meet you at your vessel for a ‘rendezvous dive’. An experienced dive guide can take you to some of the best diving spots in the Whitsundays.

The Whitsundays offers some of the best snorkeling spots in Australia too. We supply snorkeling gear for all your passengers. You can snorkel at a different spot every day! Just ask us for your recommendations of where to go each day, based on the prevailing wind and tide conditions.

Fishing

Everyone always talks about how good the fishing in the Whitsundays is. We can help you organize to hire fishing rods, and will supply you with a fishing zoning map. You could be catching your own dinner every night of your bareboating holiday., if you’re lucky!

Some of the species that are frequently caught in the Whitsundays are coral trout, Spanish mackerel, giant trevally, blue tuskfish and more.
