Whitsunday Escape’s charter base is located at Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach.
For a fee, you can finish your charter at Hamilton Island, and we’ll return the boat to Coral Sea Marina. However, there are limitations to consider with this option.
Finishing your holiday at Hamilton Island
- If you choose to finish your holiday at Hamilton Island, the debrief time is 9am and you are expected to vacate the boat by 10am.
- Hamilton Island returns attract a delivery fee to cover the Hamilton Island charges, the marina fees, the ferry tickets and staff time.
- The Hamilton Island return option is subject to marina and operational availability and the returns need to booked at least 30 days in advance.
- On your final night the boat is required to be in berthed in the Hamilton Island Marina.
- The berthing cost for the final night is included in the fee.
- The delivery fee does not cover the cost of fuel. The boat will be fuelled on return to Airlie Beach, and we will send you an invoice for payment.
- Returns on a public holiday will attract additional charges.

Starting your holiday on Hamilton Island
- Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to begin your charter at an island resort (e.g. Hamilton Island).
