Whitsunday Escape fleet still growing!
It’s been a big couple of years for Whitsunday Escape. We’ve grown from strength to strength and this means more boats! In the last 2 years we have acquired 8 brand new boats and 5 other recent models of popular designs.
With the biggest variety of boats on offer, we have a boat to suit everyone’s needs. We’ve got boats suitable for a honeymoon, boats for young families, boats for two families, and large groups. Whether you are a confident sailor, or just have a little power boating experience, Whitsunday Escape has a boat that you will feel comfortable with.

Brand new boats

Nautitech Open 46
Unique to the charter industry in Australia this German engineered sailing cat is designed for performance. It offers a high level of comfort, style and features with ample cockpit space and 4 large ensuite cabins.
Leopard 48
Boasting a forward cockpit with saloon access, this sailing cat is perfect for 2 families or 3 couples. Light and airy, this modern style is proving very popular. The 3-cabin owners layout offers plenty of bedding for up to 11 people.
Leopard 40.1
Light, bright and beautiful, this new design of the classic favourite Leopard 40 sailing cat is booking out back to back. With 4 double cabins, 2 bathrooms and saloon access to the foredeck, it’s a favourite with groups of friends and families alike.
Beneteau 41.1
The latest design from French manufacturer Beneteau offers 2 ensuited double cabins in a light modern style, and a unique swim platform at the back of the boat for easy water access.

A mid-sized version of the Open 46, the Open 40 offers 4 double cabins and 2 bathrooms. Also designed for performance, it provides generous seating and lounging areas both inside and out.
Summerland 40

Other boats, recently acquired
Lagoon 450 Flybridge
Space, comfort and style is what sets the Lagoon 450 apart. A flybridge helm station is unusual for a sailing cat, and this one also boats a double daybed on the roof, a forward cockpit, and a very large traditional cockpit, as well as spacious cabins with ensuites.
Leopard 40
The classic design is a firm favourite and we now have 2 identical boats to offer customers. This mid-range size and pricing makes it a great choice for 1-2 families, mixed groups or up to 4 couples.
Leopard 47
Our big power cat now has an identical sister ship! Frequently booked back to back, acquiring a second one is great news for customers. The spacious 4 double cabins with ensuites, ample living space and large flybridge make this a firm favourite with customers not wanting to hoist sails.
Jeanneau 49i
Fast and comfortable, the Jeanneau 49i has featured in a Tourism Queensland commercial! The internal layout is great with 4 ensuited double cabins, a comfy saloon and good galley.
Leopard 46
Structured internally just like the Leopard 47 power cats, the Leopard 46 sailing cat is very well-designed. The big cockpit provides outside dining for the whole crew and the 4 ensuited double cabins are very comfy.
